    Description

    A respected healthcare organization in Vista is seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant (Spanish/English) to support daily administrative operations while serving as a key point of contact for patients, staff, and external partners. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a structured environment, and takes pride in being highly organized and dependable. You will play an essential role in keeping the office running smoothly while supporting a diverse patient population.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Provide administrative support to clinical and non-clinical teams

    + Greet patients and visitors in a professional, welcoming manner

    + Answer and route phone calls in both English and Spanish

    + Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars

    + Prepare, organize, and maintain office documents and records

    + Assist with patient forms, correspondence, and general inquiries

    + Support internal communication between departments

    + Maintain office organization, supply levels, and shared workspaces

    Requirements

    + 2+ years of administrative or office support experience

    + Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)

    + Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

    + High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

    + Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office systems

    + Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
