Job Title: ArchitectJob Description
We are seeking an experienced Architect to lead and coordinate the production of deliverable documents throughout the Schematic Design (SD), Design Development (DD), Construction Documents (CD), and Construction Administration (CA) phases of a project. This role requires strong technical leadership and collaboration skills to ensure the highest quality of design documents.
Responsibilities
+ Lead the production of deliverable documents throughout the SD, DD, CD, and CA phases.
+ Demonstrate strong technical leadership and document coordination.
+ Ensure quality assurance of design documents.
+ Possess an experienced understanding of building codes, zoning, and planning regulations.
+ Supervise, direct work, and mentor project staff.
+ Work directly with clients and contractors during all phases of design and construction.
+ Facilitate coordination with the Project Designer and Project Manager to maintain the original design intent.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
+ Experience in multifamily, senior living, multi-family/mixed-use, and large-scale commercial design.
+ Expertise in construction documentation and administration.
+ Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills.
+ Degree in Architecture and registered Architect status.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Fluency in Adobe Suite programs.
+ Hardworking and devoted to creating dynamic, engaging design.
Work Environment
The role is based in a Class A office space located in the 100 N Charles Tower, 18th floor, offering a panoramic view of the city. The work environment includes five studios with 75 employees based in Baltimore. The home studio is focused on Housing, specifically multifamily and senior living projects, and covers work from Chicago to Connecticut, as well as the DMV area. Architects have the flexibility to work across different studios based on workload and exciting project opportunities.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of BALTIMORE, MD.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $50.00/hr.
