    Job Responsibilities and Requirements

    Responsibilities:

    + Review and understand customer drawings

    + Machining or modification of molded sprockets using dedicated equipment

    + Complete modifications or assembly builds to customer requirements

    + Deburr and clean parts as needed for safety and/or technical needs

    + Complete error free transactions in Kronos or Oracle

    + Help in various areas when required by workload and customer demand

    Requirements:

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Experience using power hand tools (grinder, drill, etc)

    + Experience with hand tools (torque wrench, allen wrench, calipers)

    + Able to read and understand machine/assembly drawings

    + Fluent in English (written and verbal).

    + Work flexible hours, extended shifts and weekends if needed to meet customer needs

    + Self-starting individual with the ability to trouble shoot and resolve assembly issues

    + Meet or exceed previous production standards while exceeding customer expectations

    + Excellent organization and communicating skills

    + Self managed, requiring little to no supervision

    + Ability to make decisions and work in a fast-pace Lean manufacturing environment

    + Good hand/eye coordination

    + Must be able to perform the essential job requirements identified in the Functional Job Description for this position, including the ability to lift and move 50 lbs

    Desired Qualifications:

    + Previous assembling experience

    + Ability to work in Microsoft Word and Excel

    + Experience with FDM 3D printing
