    The Industrial Construction Superintendent is responsible for directing and coordinating all on‑site civil and infrastructure construction activities across industrial facilities, plants, and large‑scale project sites. This role ensures work is executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project specifications, schedules, and budget requirements. Success in this position requires strong field leadership, deep technical knowledge, and the ability to manage crews, subcontractors, and equipment in a fast‑paced industrial environment.Responsibilities:Lead and supervise all on‑site civil and industrial construction activities, including earthwork, foundations, concrete, utilities, and structural components.Ensure all work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining strict adherence to industrial safety standards.Coordinate daily operations with crews, subcontractors, inspectors, and project managers to maintain workflow and resolve field issues.Interpret and enforce construction plans, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance with engineering and quality requirements.Maintain rigorous safety compliance with OSHA, company policies, and industrial site regulations.Monitor productivity, equipment usage, and material needs to support efficient project execution.Essential Skills:5+ years of civil construction supervision experience in industrial, heavy‑civil, or commercial environments.Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials used in industrial settings.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and technical documentation with precision.Proven leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities in high‑pressure field environments.Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office for reporting, scheduling, and documentation.Additional Skills & Qualifications:OSHA safety certification (30‑hour preferred).Experience coordinating subcontractors across multiple trades including electrical, mechanical, and civil disciplines.Familiarity with AutoCAD, earthwork operations, concrete placement, grading, and site development.Knowledge of industrial and commercial construction standards including basic electrical and utility installation.Work Environment:Four 10‑hour workdays providing a consistent schedule and nightly home time.Company vehicle provided for travel between job sites and operational needs.Work performed in both office and field environments, including active industrial sites, requiring adaptability to weather, terrain, and changing conditions.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Memphis, AR.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00/hr.
