• **Weekend Shift:** Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:30 PM

As a **Quality Inspector** , you’ll be the final authority ensuring every CNC‑machined component meets the highest standards. The parts you inspect support **aerospace, medical, defense, and other mission‑critical industries** —your work truly matters.

•️ What You’ll Do
+ Perform **First Article, In‑Process, Final, and Receiving Inspections** on CNC‑machined parts
+ Use precision tools: **micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, height gauges** , and more
+ Interpret **blueprints and GD&T** with confidence
+ Operate and analyze data from **CMM, Keyence, Zeiss** , and other vision systems
+ Verify compliance with **AS9102, ISO 9001, and AS9100** standards
+ Collaborate with Engineering & Production to resolve quality issues quickly
+ Conduct shop audits and maintain/organize gaging tools
• What You Bring
+ 2+ years of quality inspection experience in a **CNC machining environment**
+ **Strong understanding of mechanical inspection tools and measurement techniques**
+ **Solid knowledge of GD&T** , aerospace specs, and quality documentation
+ Experience with **CMM or vision systems** (a strong plus)
+ A proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a commitment to accuracy

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $66560.00/yr.
- Climate Controlled and super clean
- Guaranteed 3% company contribution to 401k (not a match. For example, if you put in 6% they put 3% and if you put 0% they put 3%)
- 2 weeks PTO right away plus the Minnesota sick pay on top of that
- Average tenure is 10+ years

- Sometimes will have a bonus at the end of the year depending on company performance/profits
