    Job Description

    We’re looking for a versatile Production Helper to support our precast concrete facility. You’ll assist with yard maintenance, cleaning, shoveling, and occasionally entry‑level precasting tasks. This role offers growth potential into a full‑time precaster position with competitive pay.

    Responsibilities

    + Assist with shop floor tasks and yard maintenance

    + Perform cleaning and shoveling duties

    + Use hand and power tools effectively

    + Support entry‑level precasting work as needed

    Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with hand/power tools

    + Ability to read blueprints

    + Familiarity with concrete/construction environments

    + Comfortable working outdoors and adapting to varied tasks

    + Flexible to support different roles during busy seasons

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, WA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
