• Forklift Operator - Days/Nights

    Job Title: Forklift Operator

    Key Responsibilities:

    + **Material Handling:** Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up), pallet jacks, and other equipment to move raw materials (paper rolls) and finished goods.

    + **Shipping & Receiving:** Load/unload trailers, verify product counts, stage orders for shipment, and handle documentation.

    + **Production Support:** Transport materials to the production floor and assist in maintaining workflow.

    + **Inventory Management:** Stock and organize materials in designated bays, maintaining accuracy.

    + **Safety & Maintenance:** Perform daily equipment checks, maintain a clean work area, and follow all safety protocols

    Responsibilities

    + Operate forklifts to handle materials and pallets in the warehouse.

    + Load and unload trucks efficiently.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in forklift operations, including sitdown and standup forklifts.

    + Experience with shipping and material handling.

    + Ability to operate a pallet jack.

    + Two years of recent forklift experience.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + A sense of urgency when required, especially during truck loading and unloading.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. Cloud, MN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
