Pay:** $18.50/hour — **weekly pay

**Shift:** 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (steady daytime hours)

•️ What You’ll Do

+ 📦 Package and prepare products for final shipment using detailed work instructions

+ 🚚 Move, stage, and organize materials to support production and shipping

+ 🧰 Assemble and package products with accuracy and care

+ 📥 Receive incoming items, stock inventory, and create shipping orders

+ 📦 Process outgoing shipments with major carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.)

+ 🔄 Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control

+ 🧹 Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

+ 🤝 Support team operations with additional tasks as needed

• What We’re Looking For

+ Experience in **packaging, order picking, and RF scanner use**

+ **Familiarity with** **labeling software, SAP, or ERP systems**

+ **Understanding of** **shipping processes and logistics**

+ **Ability to lift** **50 lbs consistently**

+ **Strong attention to detail and accuracy**

You’ll work in a **clean, well‑conditioned warehouse** specializing in automated drives and brake systems. The facility is structured, efficient, and collaborative — with clearly defined departments to keep workflows smooth and organized.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shakopee, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.00/hr.
