As a CNC Mill Machinist, you’ll take full ownership of your work—from reading blueprints and selecting tooling to setting up machines and performing your own inspections. If you enjoy variety, problem‑solving, and working in a clean, well‑organized environment, this is the place to grow your skills.

We specialize in **short‑ to medium‑run machining** , producing custom parts in plastics and metals for industrial applications. No repetitive production. No assembly‑line monotony. Just real machining.

•️ What You’ll Do

+ Operate and set up **CNC Haas Mills**

+ **Read and interpret blueprints with confidence**

+ **Select the correct tooling for each job**

+ **Set up CNC mill machining centers for short and medium runs**

+ **Program at the machine (if capable)**

+ **Perform your own quality inspections** using micrometers, calipers, and gauges

+ Machine both **plastic and metal components**

+ **Support prototype‑to‑production transitions**

You’ll work in a **clean, well‑lit CNC job shop** specializing in custom runs across plastics and metals. The atmosphere is collaborative, steady, and built for machinists who take pride in precision. This is a Permanent position based out of Lakeville, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $68640.00/yr.

Health Insurance (BCB; Shield Aware Gold)- pays 75% of employees and 50% of spouse and children

o 35yrs old= $543mo before the company pays

o 40= $568

o 45=642

o 50=794

• $3500 out of pocket max

• $7000 max in family

• $50 co pay for specialist

• $0 deductible for emergency and preventative care

• Dental Insurance (Delta Dental)- Medfab pays 75% of employees and 50% spouse and children

• Holiday pay includes: New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas

• 2 weeks per year 1-5 years; 3 weeks up to 5-10 years; 4 weeks 10+ years
