Job Title: Carpenter** **Job Description

We are seeking skilled carpenters and carpenter apprentices to join our team. You will be part of a team working on commercial construction projects, primarily focusing on the rough wood framing of buildings. You will collaborate with a crew of six carpenters under the guidance of a foreman, installing interior and exterior wall panels, floor and roof trusses, stairs, doors, and windows.

Responsibilities

+ Work collaboratively with a team of carpenters on commercial construction projects.

+ Complete rough wood framing for buildings.

+ Install interior and exterior wall panels, floor and roof trusses, stairs, doors, and windows.

+ Utilize hand and power tools proficiently under safety guidelines.

Essential Skills

+ Proven framing experience.

+ Experience in construction environments.

+ Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

+ OSHA 10 certification.

+ Skills in rough carpentry.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ True framing experience is preferred.

+ Open to entry-level candidates for some positions.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brockton, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
