What You’ll Do

+ Operate manual and computer‑controlled semiconductor equipment

+ Set up and run complex machinery for wafer and optical component processing

+ Follow detailed procedures for photolithography, cleaning, pattern transfer, and metrology

+ Track production data using computer software

+ Maintain quality standards and identify potential defects

+ Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe

What You Bring

+ Experience with microscopes or electronics assembly

+ Basic Excel/Word skills

+ Strong attention to detail

+ Ability to sit or stand for long periods

+ Willingness to learn advanced equipment

Cleanroom Work Environment

You’ll wear full cleanroom gear (bunny suit, hood, gloves, shoe covers) and work with high‑precision equipment in a controlled environment.

Shifts (12‑Hour)

Day: **6am–6pm**

Night: **6pm–6am**

+ **A Shift:** Sun–Tue + alternating Wed

+ **B Shift:** Thurs–Sat + alternating Wed

+ **C Shift:** Sun–Tue + alternating Sat (Nights)

+ **D Shift:** Wed–Fri + alternating Sat (Nights)

36 hours one week → 48 hours the next (8 hrs guaranteed OT every other week)

This is a Contract position based out of Breinigsville, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $30.00/hr.
