    Job Description

    In this role, you will be responsible for using hand and power tools to complete various customer orders. You will build metal brackets, operate machines to unwind copper wires, and wrap the wires around the brackets you build. Safety is a top priority, and a structured training program is provided. We are seeking individuals who are mechanically inclined and experienced with hand and power tools, specifically those who have used drills, wrenches, and tape measures.

    Responsibilities

    + Use hand and power tools to complete customer orders.

    + Build metal brackets as part of the assembly process.

    + Operate machinery to unwind copper wire.

    + Wrap copper wire around the built metal brackets.

    + Follow safety protocols and participate in safety training.

    Essential Skills

    + Mechanical aptitude.

    + Experience with hand and power tools.

    + Ability to perform basic math and ruler reading.

    + High school diploma.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in mechanical assembly and coil winding.

    + Blueprint reading skills.

    + Assembly line experience.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is clean, well-lit, and climate-controlled. Employees are required to wear safety glasses and steel-toed shoes. The position is for the 2nd shift, from 2pm to 10pm, Monday through Friday.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.75 - $20.75/hr.
