Job Title: Clean Room Operator

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated clean room operators with precise assembly skills to work with small, intricate parts. You will be responsible for operating machinery, performing quality checks, and potentially working in a clean room or running a laser etching machine.

Responsibilities

+ Assemble small and precise parts using tweezers.

+ Operate machinery by placing parts in jigs, aligning them on the computer, and activating the machine.

+ Conduct quality checks using microscopes or magnifying glasses.

+ Possibly work in a clean room or operate a laser etching machine.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with quality control and assurance.

+ Proficient in small parts assembly.

+ Comfortable with data entry and basic computer skills.

+ Experience with microscopes, micrometers, or calipers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 2+ years of hands-on assembly or quality inspection experience.

+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

+ Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

+ Problem resolution skills.

Work Environment

The work environment allows for casual attire such as jeans and a polo or nice t-shirt. Safety goggles are provided due to laser use, but steel toe boots are not required. Clean room work requires daily suiting up.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kettering, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.55 - $20.40/hr.
