    About the Role

     

    We’re seeking a reliable and skilled **Maintenance Technician** to support a high‑volume operation that relies on complex mechanical and electrical systems. If you enjoy hands‑on work, solving technical challenges, and keeping equipment running at peak performance, this role will fit you well.

    What You’ll Do

    + **Perform preventive maintenance** on production equipment, mechanical systems, and facility infrastructure

    + **Troubleshoot and repair** mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues

    + **Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns** to reduce downtime and maintain workflow

    + **Document maintenance activities** and maintain accurate service and repair logs

    + **Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and system improvements**

    + **Follow all safety procedures** and help maintain a safe working environment

    + **Collaborate with operations teams** to identify recurring issues and recommend solutions

    What You Bring

    + **Experience in industrial or commercial maintenance**

    + **Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude**

    + **Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals**

    + **Solid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills**

    + **Comfort working around large, fast‑moving equipment**

    + **Flexibility to work various shifts** , including occasional overtime or weekends

    + **Strong communication skills** and a team‑oriented approach

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience with **boilers, pumps, motors, or automated systems**

    + Familiarity with **PLC troubleshooting**

    + **Welding or fabrication** experience

    The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $76960.00/yr.
