    Job Description

    Operate a packaging machine, initially training on 3 lines with potential to expand to 22 lines. Ensure compliance with GMPs, SOPs, and FDA guidelines. Document production runs and end-of-shift activities. Conduct safety training and provide guidance to new packers.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate and manage packaging machine lines.

    + Train new packers and conduct performance reviews.

    + Ensure adherence to GMPs and FDA guidelines.

    + Document production runs and complete end-of-shift documentation.

    + Participate in safety training and enforce safety procedures.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with GMPs and SOPs.

    + Ability to follow FDA guidelines.

    + Computer proficiency.

    + Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 1-2 years of experience in high-speed packaging or filling machine operations.

    + No specific training certifications or professional licenses required.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oak Brook, IL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
