    Job Title: Production Helper ($19/hr-$23/hr)

    Job Description

    As a Production Helper, you will be responsible for supporting the shop floor by bringing materials and supplies to CNC machinists, performing general labor tasks such as sweeping and mopping, and assisting with simple shop duties like moving parts between work areas. You will also operate a forklift to move raw materials, help with basic machine upkeep, and support light mechanical tasks as directed, all while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

    Responsibilities

    + Bring materials and supplies to CNC machinists and the shop floor.

    + Perform general labor tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and keeping the shop clean.

    + Assist with moving parts between work areas.

    + Operate a forklift to move raw materials (training provided if needed).

    + Help with basic machine upkeep such as checking coolant levels or cleaning around machines.

    + Support occasional light mechanical tasks as directed.

    + Follow safety and cleanliness standards to maintain an organized work environment.

    Essential Skills

    + At least 2 years of manufacturing experience.

    + Comfortable working in a machine shop environment.

    + Ability to complete tasks such as sweeping and mopping.

    + Mechanically inclined.

    + Experience in general production, fabrication, and mechanical tasks.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Forklift experience is preferred.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
