• Machine Operator

    Aerotek (Pleasant Prairie, WI)


    We are seeking skilled machine operators to join our night shift operations for immediate hire! Operators will be working in a plastic or extrusion clean room environment. We provide extensive and supportive training to get you up to speed on our machines.

    Job Responsibilities

    + Perform machine setups and changeovers efficiently.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine malfunctions.

    + Inspect materials using a tape measure for accurate thickness, length, and width readings.

    + Utilize hand and power tools for machine operations.

    + Maintain physical stamina to ascend and descend multiple flights of stairs throughout the shift.

    Essential Skills

    + 1 year of packaging experience in a production environment

    + Ability to lift 30 pounds consistently

    + Positive attitude and willing to learn

    Shift Schedule

    + Night shift is 6 PM to 6 AM on a 2-2-3 rotating 12-hour schedule

    + Must be open to training for 1 day on 1st shift
