    + Set up and operate precision screen printing equipment

    + Apply paste and print thin film components with accuracy

    + Perform visual alignment checks and cure printed ink in furnaces

    + Clean screens and equipment after each process

    + Follow detailed work instructions and maintain quality standards

    + High School Diploma or equivalent

    + Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude

    + Ability to read and interpret production documents

    + Good math and computer skills

    + Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting

    + _(1 year of manufacturing experience preferred but not required!)_

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Niagara Falls, NY.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
