About the Role

As a Machine Operator, you’ll work with both **CNC and manual equipment** to fabricate high‑quality parts from detailed blueprints and specifications. •️ What You’ll Do
+ Set up and operate CNC machines and manual equipment following work instructions
+ Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and samples to ensure accuracy
+ Plan machining sequences and adjust feeds/speeds for optimal performance
+ Measure and inspect parts using precision tools to verify quality
+ Operate routers, saws, and woodworking equipment when needed
+ Maintain machines and keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
+ Communicate issues to supervisors and collaborate with team members to resolve them
+ Assist with inventory counts, material handling, and general production support
+ Take on additional tasks to keep production running smoothly
• What We’re Looking For
+ 1+ years of machine operation or CNC experience
+ Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
+ Ability to read blueprints and schematics
+ Experience with woodworking tools (table saws, routers, etc.)
+ Familiarity with CNC, router, and saw operation
+ Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to help where needed

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chaska, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $22.00/hr.
