    Job Title: Material Handler** **Job Description

     

    We are looking for a dedicated Material Handler to join our team. The role involves maintaining inventory store organization, conducting cycle counts, issuing materials from stock rooms, and kitting special projects. Accurate picking, counting, and labeling parts for production operations, as well as documenting shortages and entering data into SAP, are key components of this position. You will also audit and re-shelve returned kits while following materials handling and ESD control procedures.

    Responsibilities

    + Maintain inventory store organization and conduct cycle counts.

    + Issue materials out of stock rooms and kit special projects such as PCP, Sales Orders, ECN, NCR, and RMA.

    + Accurately pick, count, and label parts for production operations according to pick lists.

    + Document shortage information and enter data into SAP.

    + Audit and re-shelve returned kits.

    + Follow materials handling and ESD control procedures.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

    + Computer skills, including proficiency in Windows.

    + Material handling expertise.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Minimum high school graduate or equivalent.

    + Organized and detail-oriented.

    + Computer literate; familiarity with Oracle 11i is a plus.

    + Previous electronic manufacturing experience is an asset.

    + Flexibility to work overtime, both daily and weekly, as needed.

    Work Environment

    The work environment is clean, indoors, and climate-controlled. You will work closely with a team of 4-5 other individuals. The dress code is casual, including jeans, t-shirts, and tennis shoes.

    This is a Contract position based out of Plano, TX.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
