Job Title: Electronics Repair Technician** **Job Description
This position is responsible for the repair, modification, and replacement of parts on electronic units, specifically focusing on cell phones.
Responsibilities
+ Analyze failed phones according to established methods and procedures.
+ Resolve technical issues within the time schedule and provide solutions using OEM standards.
+ Disassemble and reassemble cell phones into aesthetically pleasing housings.
+ Remove LCD screens from back-housings and replace them with new ones.
+ Remove motherboards and batteries.
+ Replace screws and ensure components are securely attached.
+ Adapt to other assigned responsibilities as needed.
Essential Skills
+ Detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance.
+ Basic troubleshooting skills.
+ Rework experience with cell phones.
+ Basic computer skills for documenting repairs.
+ Proficiency in assembly and disassembly using hand and power tools.
+ Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
+ English proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Attention to detail.
+ Production and general labor experience.
+ Experience with circuit boards and PCBs.

Work Environment
Work in a clean, temperature-controlled environment with a structured and supportive atmosphere. The shift runs from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks. The role requires standing for the entire shift and offers a dynamic, goal-oriented culture with pathways for growth.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Coatesville, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
