Job Title: Cleanroom Technician

Job Description

Looking for production operator to fill out current needs for our growing company. We are looking to fill positions for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

Responsibilities

+ Operate manufacturing equipment at various stations throughout the battery line.

+ Perform quality checks on parts to ensure standards are met.

+ Pack and prepare parts for shipment.

+ Assemble and sub-assemble battery packs.

+ Maintain cleanliness of your work cell and the facility as a whole.

Essential Skills

+ Ability to follow instructions and remain attentive throughout shifts and orientation.

+ Capability to learn and operate multiple stations in the manufacturing process.

+ Physical stamina to stand and stay active for shifts lasting 8-12 hours.

+ Flexibility to perform various tasks, such as breaking down boxes and moving materials.

+ Engagement during the entire shift.

+ High school diploma or GED.

+ Ability to quickly understand tasks and goals.

+ Adherence to workplace policies, such as leaving cell phones in lockers.

+ Ability to lift or move 15-20 pounds.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Comfortable with shifting tasks as required by production needs.

Work Environment

The environment is temperature-controlled, clean, and equipped with the latest technology. Safety is paramount, with lab coats, boots, and safety glasses provided. Orientation starts on the 1st shift, transitioning to your preferred shift thereafter. Shifts are as follows: 1st shifts, 2nd shifts, and 3rd shifts. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn Hills, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
