    Production Packager - Weekly Pay

     

    We are seeking a dedicated Production Packager to join our team. This role involves packaging medical room cleaning equipment, including wire-brushes and lightweight cleaning supplies. You will operate and monitor packaging equipment to assemble and package surgical instruments and medical supplies, ensuring that all products meet regulatory and company standards.

    Responsibilities

    + Package medical room cleaning equipment, wire-brushes, and lightweight cleaning supplies.

    + Operate and monitor packaging equipment to assemble and package surgical instruments and medical supplies.

    + Inspect products for defects, verify labeling accuracy, and ensure packaging meets regulatory and company standards.

    + Load packaging materials, manage inventory of supplies, and prepare items for shipment.

    + Maintain accurate records of production output, packaging counts, and quality checks.

    + Work closely with other associates and supervisors to meet daily production goals and resolve any issues.

    Essential Skills

    + 1 year of assembly/packaging experience.

    + Ability to speak and read English effectively.

    + Capable of lifting 35lbs.

    + Computer proficient.

    + Must have basic math skills for cycle counting.

    + Must have high attention to detail.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Hand dexterity.

    + Detail-oriented.

    + Experience with handheld scanners, labeling, and assembly.

    + Experience in computer data entry and quality control.

    Work Environment

     

    You will work a shift from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, in a smaller environment alongside a few other team members at one table. The role allows for flexibility, including the option to wear headphones in one ear and the choice to sit or stand during your shift as long as production goals are met.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, MN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50/hr.
