Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and skilled 2nd Shift Lamination Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. This role involves processing jobs with precision and timeliness, assisting with materials setup on laminator machines, and ensuring the quality of finished goods. The position operates from 3 PM to 1 AM, Monday through Thursday, with some mandatory Fridays.

Responsibilities

+ Process jobs with exceptional accuracy and in a timely manner.

+ Assist with setting up materials on laminator machines.

+ Utilize hoists at each station to move materials; training provided.

+ Inspect finished goods and report any defective materials.

+ Perform changeovers for new material processing and sizing.

+ Collaborate effectively with team members and follow instructions.

+ Input data into the ERP system using a computer at the station.

Essential Skills

+ 2+ years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing facility.

+ Ability to work effectively in a team setting.

+ Forklift operating skills.

+ Proficiency in using hand tools and conducting changeovers.

+ Mechanically inclined with experience in slitting, printing, and quality inspection.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ High school diploma or GED.

+ 5+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.

+ Previous forklift experience is advantageous.

Work Environment

The warehouse is neatly arranged with 4-5 level racking. The team consists of 115 employees across 1st and 2nd shifts, fostering a collaborative and understanding culture.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Emigsville, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
