Facilities Maintenance Technician
**Pay Rate:** $24–$27 per hour
**Schedule:** Full-time, 5‑day workweek (weekends required)
**Location:** Colorado Springs, CO
About the Role
We are hiring a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and reliability of our industrial cleanroom manufacturing facility. This position plays a key role in troubleshooting and maintaining automation systems (PLC), as well as overseeing building systems including chillers, boilers, HVAC, and water systems.

Key Responsibilities
+ Perform automation troubleshooting and maintenance on PLC systems (Automation Direct preferred)
+ Diagnose and repair chillers, boilers, HVAC, and water systems
+ Handle routine facility tasks, including snow removal and basic plumbing (e.g., unclogging toilets)
+ Use company-provided tools to repair and maintain building systems
+ Conduct preventive maintenance for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
+ Maintain a safe, efficient, and compliant facility
Essential Skills & Experience
+ Hands-on experience with HVAC systems
+ Strong plumbing and general facilities maintenance skills
+ Ability to perform effective preventive maintenance
+ Experience troubleshooting PLC and automation systems
+ Working knowledge of electrical systems and general building maintenance
Preferred Qualifications
+ EPA Universal Certification for HVAC (plus)
+ Experience with building automation systems (BAS)
+ Willingness to perform a wide range of tasks—no job is too small

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
