    Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description

     

    This role involves working on machines that support paper manufacturing and production. The position requires standing throughout the day, loading and unloading machines, and performing visual inspections of paper products.

    Responsibilities

    + Set up, operate, and maintain on-site manufacturing equipment.

    + Read and follow detailed work instructions.

    + Assist with running other equipment as needed.

    + Document specific procedures that have been analyzed.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in machine operating.

    + Ability to operate inserter machines.

    + Proficiency in general labor tasks.

    + Assembly and packaging skills.

    + Experience with SMT (Surface-Mount Technology) processes.

    + Inspection and quality control skills.

    + Forklift operation experience.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Previous manufacturing experience.

    Work Environment

    This position is located in a manufacturing facility where standing is required throughout the day. The role involves interacting with various types of machinery and equipment. Safety gear and appropriate attire are essential.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Cloud, MN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
