    Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

    Job Description

    As a Maintenance Technician, you will be an integral part of the Paint Department, responsible for executing a balanced mix of preventative and reactive maintenance on various machinery including conveyors, filling machines, mixing machines, and labeling machines. The role primarily involves mechanical repairs, with a smaller portion dedicated to electrical repairs.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on machinery.

    + Focus on mechanical repairs with a minor component of electrical repairs (15%).

    + Work with conveyors, filling machines, mixing machines, and labeling machines.

    + Utilize software to track preventative maintenance tasks.

    Essential Skills

    + 2+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician.

    + 2+ years troubleshooting and repairing gear boxes.

    + 2+ years troubleshooting and repairing proximity switches.

    + 2+ years repairing conveyors and performing chain replacements.

    + 2+ years troubleshooting and repairing pneumatic systems.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 1+ year of welding experience is a plus.

    + 1+ year of hydraulic troubleshooting and repair is a plus.

    + 1+ year of 480v troubleshooting and repair is a plus.

    The pay range for this position is $61776.00 - $61776.00/yr.
