    Now Hiring: Rental Agent

    + Pay: $17-18 per hour

    + Schedule: Full Time, Tuesday through Saturday, with Sunday & Monday Off. However, ideal candidates will have open availability to work any day of the week.

    + Service Dept. Business Hours: Monday through Sunday, 7 to 6

    As a Rental Agent you will be responsible for assisting customers throughout the rental process. interact and consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle rental.

    Responsibilities:

    + Greet customers in person, via email and by phone p romptly with the goal of providing an exceptional guest experience.

    + Communicate rental car quotes based on rates, estimated mileage, optional services and any requested insurance. Explain all policies and procedures.

    + Prepare all rental contracts and return documents accurately and completely.

    + Ensure cars are ready for the next client.

    + Responsible for daily cash and credit transactions, balancing and reconciling rental car account/s.

    + Explaining loaner vehicle policy to customers at time of agreement

    + Validate customer credentials (driver’s license, insurance, etc.)

    + Inspecting and ensuring vehicles are clean inside and out.

    + Perform proper vehicle walk-around and document any damage (Departure and arrival).

    + Managing loaner vehicle fleet.

    + Taking care of vehicles in the service area and ensuring all vehicles are clean and ready for delivery to customers.

    + Delivers vehicles to sites and locations as required.

    + Thoroughly clean (wash, vacuum and polish) and maintain all vehicles.

    + Maintain internal and external appearance and cleanliness of the store, showroom and lot. ​

    Qualifications:

    + Previous experience in the rental car industry, is a plus

    + A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service

    + Excellent organizational, time management & communication skills

    + Working knowledge of computers

    + Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

    The expected pay range for this position is $17-18 (Hourly). Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
