    Phoenix Home Care and Hospice has an immediate caregiver opening in Warrensburg, MO. We are seeking a compassionate and dependable caregiver to provide support, assistance, and companionship to a client in the comfort of their own home.

     

    In this role, you will help with personal care, household tasks, running errands on the client’s behalf, and offering friendly companionship. This is a wonderful opportunity to build meaningful one on one connections while making a real difference each day. This role includes benefits.

    Schedule:

    Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 am to 9:00 am and 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm

    Retention Bonus Opportunity

    We value commitment and consistency. Caregivers in this role are eligible for a retention bonus with completion of required work hours:

     

    + $300 after 30 days

    + $600 after 60 days

    + $900 after 90 days

    A Few Daily Tasks May Include

    + Preparing and cleaning up after meals

    + Bathing and personal care

    Requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age

    + Valid driver’s license

    + Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

    + Ability to pass a background check

    + Ability to pass a drug test
