Hourly pay rate for this position, based on experience: $22.00 - $30.75

Job Responsibilities

1. Load, haul and/or spread turkey manure in a timely and accurate manner as described by customer and directed by supervisor

2. Duties include: service/maintenance on trucks, bobcats, floor sweeper and floor blower

3. Recording of manure spread piled or recycled accurately and legibly

4. Ability to read and understand plant maps and aerial maps for field locations

5. Ability to attend all scheduled meetings and training's abiding by all the JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE safety and sanitation procedures and other duties as assigned

6. Position may require variable start and finish times plus some Saturday work

7. This job requires majority of time in bobcat operational duties and litter recycling procedures

Minimum Qualifications

***** 21 years of age

***** Valid Wisconsin CDL with A classification/Current DOT Medical Certification

***** No more than 1 moving violation in the last 12 months, or no more than 3 moving violations in the last 36 months

***** No DUI/OWI convictions in the last 36 months/Two-year verifiable bobcat and truck driving experience

***** Applicant needs to have CDL, proven driving experience

***** Needs to be proficient in use of skid steer equipment (Will be required to exhibit operation proficiency

***** PHYSICAL: No current restrictions prohibiting the use of respiratory protection equipment

Preferred Qualifications

***** Three years or more’ bobcat and truck driving experience

***** JENNIE - O TURKEY STORE Driver Training Certification

***** JENNIE - O TURKEY STORE Bobcat Training Certification

***** Mechanical skills, based on experience or training

***** No moving violations

***** No absences in the last 12 months
