About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a motivated Product Manager to build out strategic roadmap of features within the Servicing -- Payments and Collections environment and demonstrates highly organized and pragmatic problem-solving approaches.
In this role, you will:
+ Conduct market research and market results-oriented analysis for major products and services
+ Review and analyze complex major product lines and services
+ Implement change delivery solutions for the portfolio's technology process work of low to moderate complexity
+ Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations of global market dynamics, trends, and regulatory impact
+ Oversee risk management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
+ Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goals
+ Lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor to less experienced staff
+ Foster a strong agile discipline that inspires teams to continuously improve delivery evidenced through key agility metrics
+ Build frameworks for complex decision making that enable effective debate and accelerate getting to the right answer
+ Facilitate and lead discovery to refine features leveraging quantitative and qualitative analysis to deliver value and manage risk.
+ Maintain collaborative relationships with several stakeholder units within the business and enterprise.
+ Organize backlog and scrum team execution to deliver timely with high quality
Required Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
+ Demonstrated track record of effective influencing and collaboration at all levels
+ Exceptional ability to translate complex business and operational concepts so they are clearly understood in support of sound decisions to meet business objectives
+ Auto Lending product experience
+ SAFe Agile operating experience
+ Ability to utilize SQL language for data analysis
+ Ability to synthesize multi-dimensional, complex, and interrelated concepts into clear, consumable, implications, actions, and decisions
+ Exceptional problem-solving abilities
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate results

+ Willingness to work on-site at one of the stated locations on the job opening.
+ This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
