What You'll Do:

As a Regional Director of Clinical Operations, our care centers will rely on your expertise to ensure regulatory compliance and the delivery of high-quality care. You will foster excellence and innovation in nursing care and drive the advancement of healthcare practice across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Supports and interprets NHCA vision and mission

+ Coordinatest the development and updates to resident care and clinical systems

+ Ensures clinical standards of care are developed and implemented consistent with company policy, business objectives and regulatory compliance plan

+ Provide timely guidance and support to facility nursing leaders

+ Provide ongoing education and communication regarding policy and procedure updates and clinical practice

+ Participates in QM reviews and development of reason maps for quality improvement process

+ Collects and validates monthly statistical data: Quality Measures, 5 Star Ratings, KPI outcomes

+ Provides onsite management of annual surveys and assistance with plan of correction

+ Contributes to the culture of continuous improvement and innovation in nursing care

Rate of Pay

USD $150,000.00 - USD $165,000.00 /Yr.

What You'll Bring:

Qualifications of a Regional Director of Clinical Operations include:

+ Valid state RN license with 7+ years experience as Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing environment

+ 1+ yrs experience in a Regional Clinical Operations role for a multi-site LTPAC facility operator

+ Bachelors Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience in nursing, clinical operations.

+ Extensive experience and established track record of positive facility survey preparation and results

+ Ability to travel >50% within assigned territory

+ Self-directed with the ability to manage multiple facilities concurrently

+ Deadline driven, detail-oriented individual with strong analytical capabilities

+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment
