Job Title: SAP Service Entry Program Manager

Type: W2 Contract

Contract Duration: 12-Months

Hourly Pay Rate: $82.75

Contractor Work Model: Hybrid

Work Schedule: 7:30 AM to 3:30

System One is actively seeking a SAP Service Entry Program Manager for a long-term contract position located in Maple Grove, Minnesota.

Responsibilities:

+ Managing day-to-day Service Entry Sheet billing workflows.

+ Coordinating vendor onboarding into billing platforms.

+ Validating vendor invoices, resolving discrepancies, and managing blocked invoices or funding adjustments.

+ Acting as a liaison between accounts payable teams, buyers, business units, and vendors.

+ Running and maintaining reports to track performance metrics and analyze data related to billing processes.

+ Collaborating on process improvement objectives regarding the SAP WO2Pay process.

+ In summary, it is an internal operational support role focused on ensuring efficient and compliant payment processes for materials and services acquired through work orders within a company's specific SAP environment.

+ Responsible for overall Service Entry Sheet and WO2Pay program support.

+ Support will include onboarding suppliers, daily/weekly reporting, training employees & suppliers, supporting the billing platform conversion process, SharePoint management, etc.

+ Position may also be responsible for the coordination and completion of projects that are small to moderate in scope, risk, and/or organizational span, including subprojects or larger, more complex projects.

+ Manages multiple projects and/or initiatives and orchestrates the results to achieve program success.

+ Defines and reports program status, development issues and success metrics.

+ Identifies and monitors areas of risk.

+ Continuously seeks opportunities to improve cost, performance and schedule.

+ Facilitates communication and coordination among projects.

+ Manages stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.

+ Maintains awareness of trends, business conditions and internal process and practices impacting component projects or overall program.

+ Adheres to standard project management methodologies and reporting techniques.

Program Manager Requirements:

+ Power BI and other technical skills; strong problem-solving and ability to dig into data.

+ Utility industry experience preferred; years of experience discussed but not specified numerically.

+ The program manager role involves advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, extensive experience with SAP WO2Pay and Service Entry Sheet billing processes, and cross-functional program management skills.

+ Excel and Technical System Requirements

+ Specific software skills required include advanced Microsoft Excel, strong SAP experience (specifically with WO2Pay and Service Entry Sheet billing), Business Objects, and SharePoint proficiency. Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, or AI-enabled reporting tools is also preferred.
