Roles and Responsibilities

+ Lead Fulfillment for Pensacola operations

+ Ensure material delivery without disruption to shop and with 98%+ on-time to the final customer expectations

+ Partner with the Manufacturing and Global Fulfillment teams to ensure the master production plan can be fulfilled by the supply chain team

+ Implement standard work tools for the fulfillment team

+ Drive problem solving culture with local team to continuously improve KPIs while resolving fulfillment issues

+ Support and collaborate with GCLs / Supply Chain teams for cost-out programs and other strategic initiatives

+ Manage Regional inventory targets and improve/stabilize on-hand supply to drive improvement

+ Own regional ECO cut-in changes while collaborating with the Master Scheduler

+ Collaborate with Regional teams to identify total system and process gaps to delivery improvements and standardization for fulfillment

+ Manage / Lead a team of lead professionals

Required Qualifications

+ Minimum of 8 years of Supply Chain experience

+ Proven capability of delivering results and business outcomes in a dynamic environment

+ Thorough understanding of business processes with special focus to Supply Chain

+ Proven problem solving skills, data oriented and systematic skills

+ Oracle ERP Experience

+ Ability and flexibility to travel as job requires

Desired Characteristics

+ Broad understanding of business processes including material planning, material purchasing, inventory and S&OP

+ Six Sigma and Lean Proficiency

+ Ability to work horizontally across different business processes, functions and geographies

+ Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $149,400.00 and $248,900.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
