Overview
THE ROLE:
We’re building a more connected content ecosystem — one that scales seamlessly across teams, markets, and channels. As our Manager, Content Operations, you’ll be at the center of that transformation.
This role goes beyond managing workflows. You will play a key role in shaping and accomplishing the company’s content strategy to support global marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience creating and managing marketing campaigns, understands how content drives engagement, and can bridge strategy and execution. You’ll partner with campaign owners and creative teams to ensure every brief, and campaign moves efficiently from idea to activation — and that the content produced aligns with our brand voice, messaging priorities, and strategic goals.
You’ll also embed AI-driven process improvements into our systems (like Workfront), helping interested parties and the marketing organization work faster, smarter, and with greater consistency.
This role requires strong change management skills, the ability to work with diverse personalities and interested parties at all levels, and excellent communication to drive adoption of new processes.
HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:
+ **Design & Optimize Workflows:** Help define and document end-to-end content workflows across marketing, creative, and cross-functional teams (Brand, Product Marketing, Sponsorship, Comms, Distributor Success, Education, etc.),ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and content strategy.
+ **Drive Process Governance:** Maintain and evolve global standards for briefs, approvals, delivery, and content reuse — ensuring compliance with brand and legal requirements.
+ **Develop & Manage Briefs:** Partner with campaign owners to write and manage business, messaging, and creative briefs that guide global campaigns and content creation.
+ **Collaborate Across Functions:** Act as the connector between content strategy, creative, and execution — ensuring alignment from campaign concept to content delivery.
+ **Facilitate Campaign Alignment:** Organize and lead recurring campaign meetings with cross-functional teams to review deliverables, resolve dependencies, and ensure alignment with the global marketing calendar. Act as the central point of accountability to keep projects on track and interested parties informed.
+ **Embed AI-Driven Efficiencies:** Partner with our DAM lead, Digital Office and WW Creative teams to identify practical AI use cases (e.g., workflow automation, brief summarization, tagging, reporting).
+ **Measure & Improve Performance:** Continuously evaluate content workflows and RACIs to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and gaps. Use insights to optimize processes and embed AI-driven solutions that accelerate approvals, improve collaboration, and enhance overall operational health.
+ **Champion Adoption and Change Management:** Lead training, onboarding, and change management to ensure teams follow consistent workflows and understand the “why” behind the process.
WHAT’S SPECIAL ABOUT THE TEAM:
You’ll join a small but mighty Content Operations team that sits at the heart of Herbalife’s global marketing. We work closely with creative, brand, product marketing, and regional partners to make content flow seamlessly from concept to activation. Our mission is to build a connected, scalable content ecosystem that empowers teams worldwide to work smarter, faster, and with greater consistency.
We value structure and innovation in equal measure—constantly looking for ways to optimize workflows, embed AI-based efficiencies, and unlock content reuse across markets. Collaboration is important and we thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where operational rigor meets creative ambition. If you love solving problems, driving adoption, and shaping processes, you’ll feel right at home here.
