Job Overview
Here at Fairview, we are now seeking a Mammography Technologist to join our imaging team at our Midway Clinic in St Paul, MN. This is a .8 FTE (64 hours per 2 weeks) position that will work the following schedule:
Monday: 7:30AM - 4PM
Tuesday: 8AM - 4:30PM
Thursday: 8AM - 4:30PM
Friday: 7:30AM - 4PM
Minimum of one year of related experience in General Diagnostic Breast Imaging and 1 year of experience working with patients in a capacity including frequent interactions and an understanding age-life cycle need.
Responsibilities
+ Determines and revises priorities for diagnostic testing
+ Applies established professional guidelines and standards to complex, routine, and non-routine diagnostic testing procedures.
+ Adheres to radiologic diagnostic testing procedures
+ Documents compliance with regulatory agency requirement
+ Ensures imaging procedures meet all standards and protocols
+ Evaluates imagine results for diagnostic quality
+ Assesses the validity of the test results to determine if consistent with changing physiological conditions or if due to possible interfering substances
+ Demonstrating ability to provide care or service adjusting approaches to reflect developmental level and cultural difference of population served.

+ ARRT (R) (M)
