    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Production Manager to join a growing team supporting the Advanced Manufacturing Industry. The Senior Production Manager leads production teams to meet customer expectations, ensuring KPIs for quality, cost, and delivery are tracked and reported to leadership. They collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive continuous improvement, optimize key metrics like yield and equipment effectiveness, and resolve production issues through root cause analysis and preventive measures. The role includes managing resources, workforce planning, and overseeing hiring, retention, and performance management. Additionally, they coach and develop leaders at all levels to strengthen organizational capability and operational excellence. This role can pay between 150K-200K+ based on an evaluation of total relevant YOE and education level.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Bachelors Degree in related field

     

    10+ years of engineering experience in production/advanced manufacturing plant environment.

     

    3+ years of experience in leading and managing multiple production processes
