Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a qualified Construction Project Manager who sits in Dallas, TX to join a national architectural, interiors, program and construction management and Infrastructure firm based in Washington, DC.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the company's on-site Owner’s Representative for assigned capital projects.
Manage projects through all phases including planning, design, procurement, construction, closeout, and occupancy.
Develop, review, and monitor project schedules; identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Review budgets, cost estimates, change orders, and pay applications to ensure fiscal control and bond compliance.
Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, inspectors, and testing agencies to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Facilitate project meetings; document decisions, track action items, and communicate status to leadership.
Review submittals, RFIs, and construction documentation for completeness and compliance with contract requirements.
Support quality assurance and quality control efforts throughout design and construction.
Coordinate with departments including Facilities, Operations, Safety, IT, and campus leadership.
Prepare clear and accurate project reports, logs, and documentation using approved systems.
Support community engagement efforts and respond to stakeholder inquiries as required.
Ensure compliance with policies, Texas public procurement regulations, and PMF standards.

Skills and Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience managing capital construction projects, preferably within K–12, municipal, or public-sector environments.
Demonstrated experience serving as an Owner’s Representative or PM/CM.
Strong working knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, cost control, and contract administration.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in active or occupied facilities.
Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management platforms (e.g., Procore, Unifier, e-Builder, or similar systems).
