Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a highly collaborative, execution-oriented Sales Enablement Manager to support the B2B Product Marketing organization. This role is ideal for a strong storyteller and content creator who excels at translating product value into compelling sales narratives, tools, and training materials.
This is a hands-on role responsible for building best-in-class sales enablement content, managing the production of enablement assets across internal and external partners, and ensuring product messaging is consistently represented across global sales materials. The right candidate is a powerhouse executor who can work independently, quickly learn complex products, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. We can pay $50-60/hour.

Skills and Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, product marketing, content development, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in creating sales-ready content (pitch decks, one-pagers, competitive tools, FAQs, etc.).
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to articulate value propositions to multiple audience types.
• Solid understanding of solutions-based selling, and how sales teams consume content.
• Ability to quickly learn technical or complex products and translate them into compelling narratives.
• Exceptional collaboration skills—able to work effectively with PMMs, agencies, and cross-functional partners.
• Proven project management experience with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders independently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, polished outputs.
• Background in B2B technology, fintech, payments, or SaaS enablement.
• Experience working with creative or content agencies.
