    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with experience developing and executing migration plans for enterprise-level software solution (SaaS) —ideally CRM or ERP systems such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365, SAP, Workday, or Zuora, with a focus on sales modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS implementation and migration, extensive experience working in Agile environments, and a proven ability to lead stakeholder meetings, create executive-level presentations, and present to large groups. This role requires managing cross-functional teams, collaborating with senior stakeholders (Directors and VPs), and coordinating with third-party vendors. The Project Manager will oversee the implementation of a new cloud-based subscription management platform and data migration from the current platform, ensuring all requirements and standards are met within the timeline. Currently in the predesign phase, the project will officially kick off in February, and the PM will work closely with the subscription management platform and integration partner to maintain alignment and scalability.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    5+ years of Technical Project Management experience

     

    Previous experience developing and executing a migration plan for an enterprise level software solution (SaaS) - ideally a CRM or ERP - such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365, SAP, Workday, Zuora, (specifically the sales modules within those software solutions)

     

    Extensive experience creating executive level presentations from scratch and lead stakeholder meetings and present to large groups (30+ participants).

     

    Proven ability to work with 3rd party vendors, senior stakeholders, including directors and VPs, and manage cross-functional teams.

     

    Extensive experience working in an Agile environment
