Job Description
Our client is looking to hire a Business Support Specialist for a temporary contract. In this role, you will provide daily business support for company operations, including accurate calculations for work orders and cost allocations. Responsibilities include managing data within Fieldglass and internal systems, generating reports and dashboards, coordinating staffing with managers, and supporting system testing, upgrades, and process improvements. You will also collaborate with finance, procurement, HR, and operations teams, assist with vendor management and invoice processing, and ensure compliance through audits and data reconciliation.

• Provide daily business and administrative support for company related Operations.
• Perform accurate mathematical calculations related to Work Orders, including quantities, percentages and cost allocations.
• Drive staffing coordination by working closely with managers to align workforce levels with business priorities.
• Enter, maintain, and validate data within Fieldglass and SAP NS2 Systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Generate reports, maintain dashboards, and data extract to support business decision-making.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex problems to correct departments.
• Support system testing, upgrades and process improvements.
• Coordinate with finance, procurement, HR and operations teams to ensure smooth system usage.
• Assist with processing invoices, vendor management, and financial tracking.
• Support audits, compliance checks and data reconciliation activities.
