    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking an AI Fullstack Engineer to help drive the next generation of technology for one of the most prestigious entertainment organizations in New York City. This team is building a fully custom AI platform spanning the frontend, middleware, and backend layers. The platform will serve as the foundation for enterprise-level solutions, with more than 100 use cases already identified and the flexibility to support many more. While this is a multi-year initiative, success for this role between now and June will be measured by delivering two key features: Deploying the internal AI Assistant to all employees and enabling AI-driven interactions with user documents. Both objectives must be delivered with a strong focus on performance and cost-optimized execution. To clarify expectations, this role will not involve creating ETL pipelines, training AI models, or working with data & analytics. This engineer will be 100% hands-on coding, working with React and Node.js on the frontend and python on the backend, leveraging the capabilities of existing AI models rather than modifying or training them. This position reports directly into the Head of AI Strategy and Integration and will work closely with that leader and one additional engineer. The selected candidate must be able to commute on-site five days per week in NYC and begin on January 5th or January 12th.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field

    - 2+ years of experience in Conversational AI, including 1+ years of hands-on experinece with Rasa (preferably CALM)

    - Frontend development experience with React & Node.js, and backend development experience with Python

     

    - Experience implementing Single Sign On (SSO) integrations and Server-Sent Events (SSE)

     

    - Experience using AI-powered coding assistants (preferably Cursor) to accelerate development

     

    Familiarity with caching techniques and cashing services for building performance AI applications Experience with AWS (preferred), though exposure to other major cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP (Google Cloud Platform) is also highly valued.
