    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking an experienced master data analyst to support a client with a data integration project. In this role, the Master Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing large data extracts provided by customers and comparing them against existing data in the internal system to identify variances and discrepancies. They will review and validate Bills of Materials (BOM) to ensure alignment between customer-provided data and internal standards, performing detailed data matching and reconciliation across multiple integration projects. This includes merging customers’ data into the Refresco system and ensuring consistency with strict governance rules. The analyst will investigate data inconsistencies, propose corrections, and execute updates while creating new materials or data records as needed to support integration. They will collaborate with internal business teams and external stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve data issues, and confirm changes, while maintaining documentation for data mapping, variance analysis, and proposed adjustments. The role involves supporting three concurrent integration projects with overlapping timelines, managing bulk data processing and adjustments within defined milestones.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    -4+ years of experience working with SAP MDM- product or material master

     

    -Experience integrating large data sets from a legacy system to an ERP

     

    -Strong Excel experience (X look-ups, Pivots) -Experience supporting a data integration into SAP system
