Most MEP design is in sourced

Cemil is engineer of record

70% of time is detailed design - not doing hands on design (electrical engineering lead on the project)

Make sure quality requirements are being passed

In charge of milestones - monitor design packages

Construction Administration - Engineering Oversight (RFIs, submittals, engagement with GCs, Construction Managers)

Need to coordinate with cross disciplines - architects, mech eng, fire protection, etc.

Design/Consulting Background - detailed design process (Jacobs, Black and Beech, AECOM)

Commercial & Mission Critical - not apartments, malls, but hospitals, airports

Strong MEP knowledge

Substation, HVME, transmission Data Center
