    We are looking for a highly organized Consultant Coordinator Global CVM Logistic to support global execution of Creative Visual Merchandising initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of assets for seasonal campaigns, activations, and new store openings.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate logistics and shipping guidance for global CVM programs

    • Maintain delivery trackers and escalate delays when needed

    • Partner with regions, vendors, and carriers to resolve operational issues

    • Support documentation and reporting for project execution

    Qualifications & Competencies

    • 2–4 years of logistics coordination, supply chain, operations, or related experience

    • Luxury retail experience preferred

    • Strong understanding of shipping, customs processes, and delivery tracking

    • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal

    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment

    Technical Skills

    • Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, dashboard reporting)

    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite & SharePoint

    • Power BI dashboard and reporting experience

    • SAP logistics tracking system or similar ERP experience preferred

    • Comfortable with vendor portals and online tracking tools

    The target hourly rate for this position is $40/hr.
