• Identity and Access Engineer

    Job Description

    The Identity and Access Engineer will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) environment, ensuring secure and efficient access to systems and applications. This role involves implementing and supporting IAM solutions, responding to audits, and working within a newly established environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Okta, experience with BeyondTrust for privileged access management, and familiarity with SailPoint as an added advantage. Pay for this role is $80-$85 hourly.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • IAM Environment Management (80%)

    • Implement and maintain Okta-based identity and access solutions.

    • Manage privileged access using BeyondTrust.

    • Support integration and configuration of IAM tools and platforms.

    • Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.

    • Audit and Compliance (20%)

    • Respond to IAM-related audit requests and provide necessary documentation.

    • Maintain accurate records and reports for compliance purposes.

    • Project Implementation

    •Collaborate with security and IT teams to ensure smooth implementation.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Experience:

    • 8–10 years in IT.

    • 5–7 years in Identity and Access Management

    • Technical Expertise:

    • In-depth experience with Okta (must have certification).

    • Knowledge of BeyondTrust for privileged access management.

    •Familiarity with SailPoint (advantageous but not required).
