• Mid Level Program Manager - M&A Integration

    Job Description

    The Intermediate Program Manager will play a critical role in executing IT integration tasks for a major M&A initiative. This position requires strong organizational skills, confidence, and the ability to deliver under tight timelines. While the Senior Program Manager will own the integration plan, the Intermediate PM will focus on execution and coordination, ensuring workshops, data migration, and schedules are managed effectively.

    Key Responsibilities

    - Drive data migration activities from planning through execution.

     

    - Support integration tasks across IT streams under Senior PM guidance.

     

    - Schedule workshops and prepare necessary materials.

     

    - Manage timelines and ensure readiness for integration milestones.

     

    - Maintain integration trackers (currently in Google Sheets).

     

    - Provide regular status updates to leadership and IMO.

     

    - Work with IT, business, and product teams to align deliverables.

     

    - Identify potential risks and escalate proactively.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 5+ years of Program Management experience, ideally with exposure to M&A or large-scale IT projects.

     

    - Strong organizational and execution skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

     

    - Comfortable working in dynamic environments and speaking with authority.

     

    - Familiarity with IT systems and data migration processes. - Authoritative presence and ability to make an impact.

     

    - Respect for organizational culture and ability to integrate effectively.

     

    - Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of execution tasks.
