    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking to hire an IW Policy and Strategy Analyst for one of our federal clients. This person will support the development and review of policies, plans, and guidance for Information Warfare (IW) capabilities. This role will involve coordinating technical instructions, identifying gaps in policy, and drafting updates to meet operational requirements. The analyst will facilitate working groups, maintain enabling concepts, and collaborate with functional managers and subject matter experts to ensure alignment with ACC business practices. Additional responsibilities include monitoring division-level tasks and supporting official government positions through documentation and reporting.

    Compensation:

    $30/hr. to $33/hr

     

    Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

     

    Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.     Skills and Requirements

    o Staff experience equivalent to that of SNCO or FGO on a staff for 3 years, with knowledge and experience developing or managing policy, guidance, or strategy at the MAJCOM level or service equivalent.

    o Knowledge and 2 years’ experience regarding integration of USG IW capabilities as defined in AFTTP 3-3.IW, para 1.4.8, pg 1-3, including:

    • Cyberspace operations

    • Electronic Warfare

    • Information Operations

    • ISR support to IW

    • IW weapon systems

    • IW organizational construct

    o Possess TS/SCI Clearance.
