The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience and ability to craft and deliver clear communication, and demonstrated ability to bring together a wide range of teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals. Required Skills:

Manager, Application Management - Sales and Marketing Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team through the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative solutions

2. Attract, build, manage, and develop a talented team of application managers with a broad range of experiences, perspectives, approaches, and backgrounds

3. Define and drive strategy to ensure 3P applications align with business goals, scalability, and innovation

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet business needs and drive organizational success

5. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products

6. Establish clear objectives, performance metrics, and quality benchmarks for 3P software products, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and policies

7. Oversee vendor partnerships, prioritizing contract management, renewal strategies, and cost savings initiatives to optimize software budgets

Minimum Qualifications:

8. 8+ years of experience of Application Management in Sales and Marketing including CRM, Partner Management, Lead to Quote, and Marketing technology systems

9. 8+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, data engineering and data science teams

10. Critical thinking/analytical leadership experience

11. Experience presenting to executive audiences

12. 6+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing individual contributors

13. BA/BS in Computer Science, Information systems

14. Experience with at least three full cycles of vendor product implementation, cut-over, launch and post-launch support

15. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud

16. Experience in a data-center or consumer focused technology company

17. Experience leading architecture discussions that could involve integration of multiple third party and internally built solutions

18. Experience in consulting (Sales and Partner operations, technology)

19. Experience going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution

Public Compensation:

$196,000/year to $266,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
