**Basic Qualifications** :

• Must be 21 years of age

• Must possess a valid driver’s license

• Must be able to operate both standard and automatic transmissions

**Responsibilities** :

+ **Customer Service** : Greet visitors, provide directions, assist with pay stations, help with wheelchairs, open doors, and offer general assistance.

+ **Traffic & Access Control** : Direct vehicle flow, operate gates, ensure proper permits are displayed, and manage lot capacity.

+ **Vehicle Management** : Park and retrieve vehicles (if valet), stack cars safely when lots are full, and secure keys.

A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
